When you think of Detroit and it's rich history in dance music there are a few names that come to mind; Theo Parrish, Moodymann, Juan Atkins, and on and on. It's been a goal and dream of ours since we started the party to get some of these elusive producers and DJs down to Austin, and on Friday, October 12th we are lucky enough to all get body rocked by one of our favorites...OMAR S!
Omar S is an unstoppable force in the world of House and Techno. His tracks get spins all over the dance music world. The only real word to describe what's going to happen to us all is realness! Serious serious realness!
That's not it though, we're also exteremely excited to have a very special and very rare solo perfomance from Thomas Turner of Ghostland Observatory!
To take even one step further we're also incredible honored to be part of the Grand Opening weekend of Austin's newest venue, HOLY MOUNTAIN! Located next door to Red 7, Holy Mountain is a space we've been keeping our eyes on and are very eager to get into. The space has gotten a 100% overhaul in all areas and we can't wait to break that baby in!
